Drawer & Cash Box Count
Enter individual drawer bills and coins. Cash-box coins are counted by rolls, with loose coins added separately.
Expected Total Context
Keep the normal targets unless tonight is intentionally different. Add the planned total and why so the report explains the difference.

Record each prior drop, its expected amount, and the bills or coins included. The app calculates the actual total and variance.
Full Stock Inventory
Tap ★ to flag important stock. Use Empty Bottom or Out Of Stock when applicable.
Send the Finished Report
Every employee handoff includes the current Stock Check CSV for Mel's records. Supported phones attach it in the share sheet; otherwise the CSV saves automatically beside the chosen report.
Editable Backup saves the complete unfinished shift—including notes, counts, cash, and any legacy Stock delivery records—so it can be imported and continued later.
- Best for Mel: use Share Quick Text + CSV for the shortest update, or Share Photos + CSV when she needs visual detail.
- PDF: tap Save PDF + CSV, save the PDF from the phone’s print preview, then send it with the CSV that downloaded automatically.
- Other employees: tap Share Web App and send the link. Each phone keeps its own counts private.
Counts stay only in this phone's browser and are not uploaded. After the first successful visit, the app can reopen from its saved copy if the connection drops.
