Send the Finished Report

PDF creates fixed Letter pages. Phone Report creates a responsive scrolling HTML file. Photos export only the sections you select. Untouched items are grouped at the end.

Editable Backup saves the complete unfinished shift—including notes, counts, cash, and delivery information—so it can be imported and continued later.

  1. Best for Mel: tap Share Photos and choose one or two sections, or use Share Quick Text for the shortest handoff.
  2. PDF: tap Save PDF, save it from the phone’s print preview, then share it.
  3. Other employees: tap Share Web App and send the link. Each phone keeps its own counts private.

Counts stay only in this phone's browser and are not uploaded. After the first successful visit, the app can reopen from its saved copy if the connection drops.
